Dear Brad, I would like to thank you so much for helping me through Tai Chi to achieve pain relief in my spine. When I first came to Tai Chi I had severe pain which prevented me from moving easily, I often needed a crutch to assist in walking. After several weeks of Tai Chi I noticed that movement was easier and I was in far less pain. I am convinced that Tai Chi has been so very beneficial for me, and I look forward to more "Tai Chi Miracles." Thank you again. Alva Turner Hi Brad, I am in my early
50's and I was medically diagnosed in 2010 with T4 Syndrome and Calcification
within my right shoulder - which caused me excruciating pain for some
6 weeks. Since then it has flared up periodically and required visits
to the physio from time to time. Again in early 2015, I suffered an
injury swimming at the beach and was diagnosed with Bursitis, Tendinitis
and complications from the growing calcification in my right shoulder.
Once this started to heal, I made the commitment to regularly attend
Tai Chi with Brad, which I had done periodically, but never on a regular
basis. I am so pleased to say that 2016 has been a year without a single trip to the physio - the first year without physio in 6 years. I attribute this to the weekly Tai Chi and the gentle exercise and stretching this provides. It helps to build core strength, but also provides a range of movements and stretching that I was sadly missing working in a sedentary desk job. I would highly recommend Tai Chi to anyone as a fantastic way of keeping supple, stretching, improving breathing and gently building core strength! Christine Eccdeston |
